Hello, I'm Dean Bottino.
I'm an artist. I have experience in graphic design, creating 3D environmental art and props for games, pixel art and animation for 2D games, t-shirt design, and creating websites (including the portfolio you're looking at right now).
I was the lead artist for Camera Obscura, a computer game developed independently at the University of California at Irvine. This game is currently being reviewed for release on the Steam platform as a commercial title.
As you can see, I have a fond nostalgia for the aesthetics of old video games. I like blocks, bright colors, and corners. Although I'm well versed in many visual styles, whenever I get the chance I love to incorporate this look into my work.
